ELECTRONIC CITIZEN APPEAL

The processing of citizens' appeals is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Appeals." This Law regulates the practical implementation of the right, granted by the Constitution of Ukraine, to submit proposals to state authorities and civic associations regarding the improvement of their activities, to expose shortcomings in their work, and to appeal the actions of officials, state bodies, and public organizations.
Requirements for Electronic Appeals:
• It is mandatory to provide full and accurate details of the applicant.
• The essence of the issue must be stated clearly, concisely, and understandably.
