Monitoring of PPP implementation in Ukraine

According to the central and local executive bodies in Ukraine, as of January 1, 2026, 201 PPP contracts had been concluded, of which 19 contracts are being implemented (7 concession agreements, 4 joint venture agreements, 8 other agreements), 171 contracts are not implemented (114 not executed, 57 terminated or expired), 11 are suspended due to the armed aggression of the russian federation.
